The Post Graduate College, Siddipet was started during the academic year 1993-94 as a District PG College of Osmania University with the objective of making higher education available in the rural areas. Siddipet is a town, now upgraded as District Head Quater, about 110Kms from Hyderabad and is well connected by road. The college is in the campus of the Govt. Degree College, now University is constructing own buildings, 2Kms from the bus station
In the Past twenty four years, twenty three batches of M.B.A. and twenty one batches of M.C.A. students have passed out. The percentage results achieved is always more than 98% every year. The College having very good academic track and more number of students as well placed in the Information TEchnology and Management platforms. The college fulfill the requirements of industry with recent technologies, the college having well equiped computer labs and eminent faculty
It's a deemed university and college with best infrastructure and also top college in india. Our college is the best college which provides all requirements in minimum cost. And also new technologies are taught and weekly workshops are conducted.
There were very few internship programs in the college. But the placement structure of the college was good enough. All the students are invited for Placement who match the eligibility criteria of the Company and the Placement tests and processes are conducted in a separate Building of PLACEMENT BUILDING. On average, more than 90% of the students got placed in the placement structure. There were a few opportunities for CORE companies but most companies which visited the campus were of Software-based.
